THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
You may eat as much as you like, or can, from each course. However, it is not as easy as it sounds. If you do not pace yourself, you will in all probability have to surrender long before the final course. The secret is to try a little bit of everything, and to have more of the dishes that you like a lot. And remember, tread lightly around the POTBRODE (Pot Bread) – they are the Delilah’s of this meal!
We serve the dishes one after the other. We pride ourselves in preparing seafood perfectly, and serving it immediately thereafter. This guarantees freshly prepared seafood on your plate – the only way it should be. You will be promptly informed every time when another course or the next wave of seafood is about to be served.
EATING UTENSILS
We only use paper plates and the only cutlery is mussel shells. Choose one that fits the size of your mouth and your personality – seriously.
